OUR VISION
Improving the aquarium visitor experience
Doctor in marine ecology, Delphine Mallet, founder of VISIOON, has been working on the analysis of marine biodiversity sampling videos for nearly 15 years. Joined by Robin Quere and Claire Beguin in 2023, they are developing innovative digital solutions together in order to give the knowledge acquired to as many people as possible.
At VISIOON we are convinced that introduction to the environment and knowledge of biodiversity can be an even more captivating and educational experience thanks to new technologies,

July 2021
CREATION OF THE COMPAGNY
Delphine Mallet , who has been working for 7 years on optimizing the analysis of marine biodiversity sampling videos, founded VISIOON, a company that combines her passion for marine biodiversity and new technologies.
June 2023
VIVATECH EXHIBITION
With six other startups selected from the New Caledonian government delegation, we participated in VIvatech to present our company and our Pictum product.
February 2022
CREATION AND EVALUATION OF PICTUM
Real-time species recognition algorithms are used to identify fish on videos recorded at the Aquarium des lagons of Noumea

FUNDRAISING AND INVESTOR
Thanks to its innovation and quality, VISIOON was able to convince PROMOSUD to join us and won the Women in Tech Award and the Territoire d'innovation fund.
November 2022
FIRST TESTS IN REAL CONDITIONS
Our first tests in live conditions were carried out at the Nausicaa Center National De La Mer aquarium.
A Pictum demonstrator was presented at the 11th International Aquarium Congress .

PICTUM LAUNCH AT NAUSICAA AQUARIUM
Pictum is available to everyone, every day of the year from the Californian tank in the largest aquarium in Europe: Nausicaá , in Boulogne-sur-Mer, France.
